More than 500,000 students are enrolled in public schools across this state. That’s over 500,000 growing children and young adults – 90% of all students – and every one of them deserves to attend schools with the resources, programs, and curriculum to nurture their curiosity, imagination, spirit, talents, and desire to learn.

It takes a team to create and maintain our public schools. A team of passionate professionals dedicated to student growth and learning: classroom teachers, nurses, counselors, coaches, librarians, and more. Every day, they work hard so our students are prepared academically and socially for bright futures.
